  • 2 peppers
  • 3 shallots
  • 4 tablespoons of bread crumbs
  • 1 onion
  • Oregano

  • Grated parmigiano cheese
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

With the help of a minipimer blend the shallots with the peppers, the onion and some olive oil until creamy and well mixed.

Put a pot of salted water to boil and cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package or until al dente.

Toast the bread crumbs in a non-stick pan with a little olive oil. Add the oregano. Pour in the pasta and cream. Mix well and serve.
