BIOFACH takes place for the 30th year in succession in 2019 and can be defined as the World´s Leading Trade Fair for Organic Food, reuniting every year over 50.000 professionals and 2.900 exhibitors.
This year the most important entrepreneurs of the Organic Food industry will be there as well as all the brands with the highest quality standards.
During the Fair the visitors can share their passionate interest in organic food with the exhibitors and exchange views.
Pastificio Fabianelli will take part with its brand Pasta Toscana, presenting its organic line and to launch its latest product: Organic Egg Pasta, made with only Italian organic fresh eggs from free-range hens.
In the food industry and especially in the organic industry, transparency toward the raw materials and about the production process is crucial; that’s why Fabianelli creates only the most authentic and genuine products, using 100% Tuscan wheat. The consumer can also track the origin of the wheat, trough a QR-code printed in every package of Pasta Toscana.
In addition to that, the Organic Pasta won the Italian Food Awards in 2018, an international prize for the most innovative Italian product in the field of food and beverage.
The brand Pasta Toscana produces the line Pasta Classica, as well as the Organic Pasta made with 100% Tuscan durum wheat cultivated according to organic standards, the Organic Wholewheat Pasta with Omega 3 from ground flax seeds, suitable for vegetarians and vegans, and the new Organic Egg Pasta.
