Organic Pasta Toscana has been awarded with the first place in the Pasta category during the fourth edition of the , the coveted international award dedicated to the most innovative products of Italian food & beverage.
The award ceremony for the most innovative and creative foods presented at SIAL 2018, the main worldwide food fair ongoing these days in Paris, took place last night at “La Cuisine” in the Paris Nord Villepinte exhibition centre.
Organic Pasta Toscana won the prize, overcoming brands like Granoro, with its BioGranoro Senatore Cappelli variety, and Master with its potato Macaroni. The jury, made up of buyers, importers and distributors from all over the world, chose to award the superior quality pasta made with 100% Tuscan durum wheat cultivated following the principles of the biological agricolture and bronze drawn.
Luca Fabianelli, CEO of Pastificio Fabianelli Spa, has received the award: “I am really proud to receive this prize and I want to dedicate it to all our contributors that help everyday to create this product in our plant in Tuscany. I believe that our made in Tuscany pasta is known and loved all around the world because it combines the organic Tuscan wheat and the traceability guaranteed by the QR-code in the back of the package”.
